I do as much research as possible before engaging any professional services and tend to be a bit sceptical of companies with glowing reviews. However, having now used MCS Flooring to supply and fit a bedroom carpet, I fully understand why they have such complimentary feedback—and it is entirely justified. From the initial home visit consultation right through to the final fitting, every aspect of their end-to-end service was faultless. They are a truly genuine, professional, and top-rated company. I feel very lucky to have found them, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again or recommending their carpet services to others.
Truly professional and faultless service I do as much research as possible before engaging any professional services, and tend to be a bit sceptical of companies which have glowing reviews. However having now used MCS Flooring to supply and fit a bedroom carpet, I can understand why they have such complementary reviews, and in my opinion are fully justified in having them. I can honestly say they provided me with a truly professional top rated, end to end service, from the initial home visit consultation through to the fitting, every aspect was faultless and I feel very lucky to have found such an genuine company, and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.Absolutely amazing from start to finish I can’t say thank you enough! My bedroom transformation was really personal and sensitive to me. Carly arrived and listened to everything I said and gave me real honest guidance and advice which did not feel salesy at all it was all just solutions and everything to get the best outcome for me. The carpet I originally wanted was unavailable but Carly went out of her way to find me the perfect fit for my vision and got me booked in nice and quick. Terry and the team were also fab at fitting the carpet on the day - all smiles and very friendly which made me feel really comfortable. Would give more stars if I could and I will definitely be using MCS again and recommending to anyone I know ❤️I would 100% recommend Carly and her team, Terry and his sons. I had a bad experience with a well known high street carpet retailer, which took a year to resolve. I was recommended Carly by my neighbour. She was professional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and the overall job was completed to an excellent standard. Thank you Carly, from Julia.Absolutely five‑star service from start to finish. The whole experience felt genuinely professional, but with a real family feel that puts you at ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble — they took real pride in their work, treated my home with respect, and made sure every detail was spot‑on. The quality of the fitting is outstanding, the communication was brilliant, and you can tell they care about doing the job properly rather than rushing it. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine skill, reliability, and warmth, but they’ve nailed it. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and highly skilled carpet fitter and company. Can’t recommend Carly enough. She’s really professional and clearly explained the different types of carpets, which really helped us choose samples. She is friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process really easy. The carpet was fitted exactly when booked and I’m so happy with it. I’ll definitely be going back to Carly as we continue with our home renovation.I really appreciate Carly for helping me sort out all the new and old things, and we used video calls to communicate since I'm deaf. Yesterday, four guys did a GREAT job and worked really hard to help out—I'm so impressed with how amazing they were! 👏🏾🤩💙❤️ I'm really proud of Terry and Harry, and the other two guys and Carly make an awesome team! 💯Just had new stair carpet laid which I'm over the moon with as always been told I could not have stripe by other companies however Carly sorted this for meI came across MCS when we moved into our home two years ago and have been using Carly ever since! She is the best online find I’ve ever made! We started off doing a small cellar mothproof staircase carpet and have ended up redoing the whole house in one way or another. A particular highlight being a curved stair case runner carpet with contrasting border which had to be hand sewn. Carly has always taken the time to discuss options with me inc. pricing, availability, practicality and I value her opinion. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with herself & Terry and would not hesitate to recommend their services.Carly was fantastic as usual. We had such little time to get the job done but she managed it and the carpets and vinyl make the place look great. Pricing is very competitive and Carly is knowledgeable and professional. To be honest, I didn’t need to see the samples, I know that whatever she picked would look lovely. Would recommend her to anyone, she is brilliant! PS finger trouble in earlier review, but she and the company are definitely 5 star!Perfect Perfect service from start to finish Thank you so muchCarly and Terry did an amazing job from start to finish. So supportive helping me to choose both carpet and LVT that was suitable for my whole property and then providing guidance on fitting. They were able to fit the job around my timelines with moving in and communicated each stage clearly so I knew when each room would be ready. So impressive with the company - the personal touch really makes a difference. I highly recommend! Thanks for doing a great job :)Thank you so much Carly and team for an excellent job! Your excellent communication, product knowledge and work throughout, from viewing samples to final fitting, was fantastic.Carly was extremely helpful. With her expertise she guided me in choosing the perfect flooring. The guys were brilliant, very tidy and efficient, end result is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Carly and team, will definitely use again. We had a great experience with MCS, smooth from start to finish. Carly was brilliant to work with - friendly, great communication and really knowledgeable. She visited our home in person to showcase the samples which really helped us make the right decisions for our space. The fitters Terry and his sons were also great - we had both LVT and carpet installed, and the floors look amazing. We're so pleased with the work, it's transformed the house. We honestly wouldn’t use anyone but Carly and MCS Flooring. Their helpful advice, and customer service, is second to none. Carly’s dad, Ken, also laid many carpets for us before he retired, and we’ve never hesitated in recommending MCS to our family and friends.Carly was excellent from start to finish never felt pressured when I changed my mind 🤣 she was so helpful with choices and on the day Terry and Harry arrived to fit the carpet and they were delightful as well I would highly recommend them allOutstanding service from start to finish. Carly was knowledgeable and very helpful every step of the way. Terry and his son were expert carpet fitters, professional and efficient. Even trimmed a door for me which was super helpful. Happy to support local family-run businesses who care about their customers. Unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences with large corporate retailers and (now bankrupt) carpet chains who were atrocious. I had to threaten legal action before they would admitted their fault and refunded me. Lesson learned... MCS Flooring is the way to go! Highly recommended! Thank you :-)MCS are a fantastic find! Carly helped me make the right decision for me without being pushy! You could tell she really cared and wanted to make sure we got the right outcome, and worked well with us to also work within our budget. Treated our home like it was hers and did not just want to sell carpet! Fitters were fab too and the dog definitely approves! Thoroughly recommended!MCS Flooring provided us with amazing service. Carly was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to choosing the type of carpet that we wanted for our baby room and stairs. The samples she provided were useful and her own understanding of carpets helped us make a great choice. The fitting was a smooth process and the fitters have done an excellent job. We were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish! The carpet has really transformed our home and we can’t thank the team at MSC enough!Hallway. From Beginning to end result very happy. Carly very helpful, quick replies to any queries. Terry and his team of fitters very polite and professional.
