Cannot recommend Carly and MCS Flooring highly enough.
Carly came to our home with her very stocked van full of carpet samples. She was so good in helping us to choose a suitable colour, which was a pale lilac colour and the quality and depth of carpet is wonderful to walk on with bare feet. The ordering, delivery and fitting was a simple process and be assured Carly will not try to sell you anything you really don’t need i.e. she said our underlay was in good condition and not to change it. Mark the fitter is very likeable, knows his job and is a good clean, worker. Just keep him filled with coffee! Thank you Carly, we’ll most definitely keep recommending you and MCS and hopefully it won’t be too long before we finish more decorating and call you for more carpet

Being elderly the service offered was just what I needed. The fitters were very helpful moving all my furniture and even taking away my old carpet.

More than satisfied
MCS Flooring was recommended to my by a friend who had used the company when it was created and run by Carly's father. I have only dealt with his daughter who now runs the company. I have now used the company twice. Being a mobile service, the books are brought to the house, taking the chore out of the decision making process. From then on the process moves quickly and smoothly from ordering to laying. The carpet layer used is excellent: skill-full, fast, clean and tidy. I have been more than satisfied with the company, and I do highly recommend it.
